'Israel has repeatedly confirmed its status as an outpost of Western imperialism': Kh Asif
SIALKOT (Dunya News) – Former federal defence minister Khawaja Asif, while expressing his views on the ongoing tensions between Palestine and Israel, Sunday said Israel has repeatedly confirmed its status as an outpost of Western imperialism.
Taking to the social networking platform X erstwhile Twitter, the former minister called Israel a racist state, adding that it was determined to eliminate the Palestinian people.
The PML-N leader said that for peace, it was necessary to restore Palestine's pre-1967 borders. “Palestinians have today exercised their inalienable right to freedom and live in their land in peace,” he went on to say in his tweet.

Palestinian group Hamas announced Operation Toofan al-Aqsa on Saturday and launched a major attack on Israel, killing 300 Israelis, including security officials.
